3rdXI: The Blues battered first and applied the pressure from the get-go. James Cummane was fantastic with the blade, smashing boundaries with ease and keeping the Greenvale bowlers under the pump. Cummane hit 15 fours and 2 sixes, scoring his first century for the season. Darren Colaco also contributed with 53, along with Tim Line who honoured his promotion to the thirds with 49*. Carlton continued to pile on the runs as they finished 3/303 after just 45 overs, Cummane top scoring with 135. Carlton's bowling performance seemed to top the batters performance, dismissing Greenvales openers for globes. The Kangaroos wickets continue to fall in an almighty batting collapse, with only two of their batsman notching scores above 10. Greenvale found themselves all out for just 62. James Pettit finished with 3 wickets, while Tom O'Brien and Tom Chalkley took two apiece. Carlton with their 3rd victory of the day with a massive 241 run victory.
